Product Dev Studio 7.6.5
OS - Windows 2003 Server

My user cannot delete a .foc and .mas focus master from developer studio. When using delete it produces and error . The error say "Cannot delete file".

On other occasion the delete executes but then when refreshing the app folder it is still their.
The same user with the same id will then go to reporting server using the OS and delete it from their. That will work.

User is using same credentials - active directory.

Will not delete file in Dev Studio ? Any ideas ? Anyone experience this behaviour?

Where in Dev Studio is the user doing the delete, Projects or Data Servers? Projects tend to run under the id of the admin user of the web server. Data Servers, if security is on in the WFRS, is accessed by the user's credentials.

It runs from the data server.
I will contact the administrator and find out if any credentials have changed.
