How do you migrate master file defs...?

I'm migrating from 4.3.6 to 5.2.3. The migration utility worked well for my domain information, but it didn't move my master file definitions. How do the master file definitions get moved..?
Did I miss this in the documentation for Installation and Configuration....?

Thanks for any direction you can point me in....

Your MFDs do not have to be migrated. WebFOCUS 5.2.3 client will find their directories as long as the 5.2.3 WebFOCUS Reporting Server's edasprof contains a path to them either via app path or edapath.

I am putting 5.2.3 on a different box..... So if I copy my master file catalog to my new box and make sure that path is in the edaprofile its taken care of ...... ?

Excellent. Maybe IBI could add this to best practices. Seems like the assumption was made that users are upgrading to same server.
