I created composer document with one tabular report and PIE chart on it, when I am running this report from the dash board, I am getting the following error.

0 NUMBER OF RECORDS IN GRAPH= 9599 PLOT POINTS= 3
(FOC3230) HTTP REQUEST FOR GRAPHSERVURL RETURNED ERROR: 401
GIF FILE SAVED ...
0 ERROR AT OR NEAR LINE 263 IN PROCEDURE tempo_ais_compound
(FOC3251) IMAGE FILE UNREADABLE OR INVALID: GRP.GIF (RC=102)
0 ERROR AT OR NEAR LINE 263 IN PROCEDURE tempo_ais_compound
(FOC3251) IMAGE FILE UNREADABLE OR INVALID: GRP.GIF

Did anybody having any idea, why I am getting this error?

First error first. The image for the graph was not generated, thus the subsequent errors. You might have a path issue with Java or a missing SET GRAPHSERVURL= command.

Ravi was able to resolve this issue by doing the following:

1. Log into the WebFOCUS Adminidtration Console as Admin.

2. Go to Configurations / Client / Graph

3. Go to the parameter IBIF_graphservurl:

Remove the setting value.

&URL_PROTOCOL://&SERVER_NAME:&SERVER_PORT&IBIF_webapp/IBIGraphServlet

4. Save / then Clear Cache.
