Does anyone know about the maximum size of Active Report(AHTML) ouput file.

According to doc, an active report has a processing limit of approximately 5,000 records or 100 pages of output.

Its true for processing limit.

If I want to put 5 Graphs, 5 reports and 1 image, what will be size of Active Report output file(AHTML).
I have searched over the net and found that 20 MB size of output is good as per performance.Anything beyond 20 MB leads to performance degradation.

And we are using 8104.

You might want to open a case with IB Tech support for the official response. What you'll get here is anecdotal.

Ok BabakNYC.. I have opened case for same. but I need to know one more thing, can we measure the chart output size which is generated by GRAPH FILE statement.

There's an extension in IBI's official Github repo that does it for you within IA+; as well as many articles on it and how to use it here on the forums. Just search for DataTables.js.
