We're using IWA and Trusted authentication, so our users don't have to log in to access dashboards.

Is there a way to test a user, something like disable IWA and log in? When I open firefox it doesn't support IWA so it prompts, but doesn't seem to log in unless you try it quite a few times.

Jason,
If you specify the domain in front of the userid you should be able to logon immediately from Firefox.

e.g.
MYDOMAINS\myuser

In addition, if you want to test as a user, you can also use the "Runas" commmand to launch Internet Explorer as that userid, and thusly IWA as that userid.

e.g.

runas /user:myuser@mydomain.com "%programfiles%\internet explorer\iexplorer.exe"
