I am creating an Compound Excel FML report. The report will generate data by months and I would like to see the ROW-TOTAL for each row.

I am doing "POST TO" to hold some data to pick it up later to use in the report.

When I do "ON TABLE ROW-TOTAL", the "POST TO" values throws "Data value Format Error".

why is that?

If I remove the ON TABLE ROW-TOTAL, then it is working.

Many possible reasons, but without seeing the type of code you are using, it's impossible to identify the precise cause in your situation.

DO NOT POST YOUR OWN CODE but create a similar process using one of the sample tables (CAR, GGSALES, WF_RETAIL, etc.) and then post that to the forum. That way, we can replicate your issue as most will have the sample tables as well, so no data needed from you.

Thanks Tony.

Fixed the issue by using ACROSS-TOTAL.
