One of the best ways to learn is via structured training, whether that is by IB sources or otherwise. Check out your local IB office to find out more.

Click on the "IB - Deeveloper Center" link above and then choose "Education and Training".

I am aware of that webFOCUS can be learned by Training thing i need to know is for practicing purpose is there any demo or learning version of the tool is available.

Nope, as far as I know there's no trail / demo version for learning. If you wan't to learn, contact your local IBI office.

I remember that in the past there was a trial version of Developer Studio. It was a 60 day (or maybe even 90 day) version of the complete product.
Ask your local ibi representative if this is still avialable and if it is indeed free of cost.

Click on on Tips and Techniques and you will learn some things there.
