Recently we moved our virtural WebFOCUS server to another location. Server name is the same but IP is different. We tested everything and all checked out fine. One thing I have noticed yesterday and today is the ReportCaster service stopping.
What logs can I check?
What do I need to look for in the log?
Is there anything else that can cause this to stop?

Hi kpiracha,

The two ReportCaster log files are:

ibi\ReportCaster76\log\scheduler.log
ibi\ReportCaster76\log\service.log

The following document may also be of interest:

"Unable to communicate with the Distribution Server"
