When we use OVER in the Table file request like

DEFINE FILE CAR
B_G/A20='';
END

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM B_G 'AS,EXCLUDES' OVER SEATS
END

The output showing the title text 'AS,EXCLUDES' in a single line

I want something like below. The EXCLUDES SHOULD GO DOWN.

AS,
EXCLUDES
--------------
xxxx
xxxx

I'm guessing you're trying to wrap a title with the over command? Try this..

DEFINE FILE CAR
B_G/A20='';
END

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM B_G AS 'TITLE 1 EXCLUDES' OVER SEATS
ON TABLE SET HTMLCSS ON
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT,
     SQUEEZE=ON,
$
TYPE=TITLE,
     COLUMN=N1,
     WRAP=0.1,
$
ENDSTYLE
END

Normally, you would use TYPE=REPORT, COLUMN=??, WRAP=0.?? to wrap a column in Excel. But with the use of OVER, a problem arises with referencing the titles column. None of the standard column reference notations seem to work. This is a work-around.

DEFINE FILE CAR
 B_G/A20 = '';
END
-*
TABLE FILE CAR
 SUM B_G AS 'AS<BR>EXCLUDES'
 OVER SEATS
 ON TABLE SET HTMLCSS ON
 ON TABLE HOLD FORMAT HTMTABLE
END
-*
SET HTMLFORMTYPE = XLS
-RUN
-*
-HTMLFORM BEGIN
!IBI.FIL.HOLD ;
-HTMLFORM END

They've just added wrapping with OVER for PDF in 7.6.11 so I seriously doubt whether it is available in 7.6.1 for Excel.

Or if nothing else works.

DEFINE FILE CAR
B_G/A20='';
END

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM
COMPUTE DUMMY/A1 = ' '; AS 'AS,'
OVER B_G AS 'EXCLUDES'
OVER SEATS
END
