In what version will the features in this "The New WebFOCUS Teaser Video" be available?

8.205, AKA 8.5, AKA WebFOCUS Designer Edition currently available in the Cloud and coming on prem in January.

    I think I'll like 8205 even more than 8204. Especially is 8205 will combine InfoAssist and all that App Studio. Will that include 'all that App Studio has to offer'?

I doubt it. There's too much in App Studio to fit into a browser based tool including MAINTAIN and Composer. But you'll be able to get a full blown demo of all the new stuff if you call your IB rep. I think one of the best features is the R and Python script Adapters.
