I am getting following error when I use Realmutil utility. My SQL runs on 49505 port however it is trying to install using 1433 port. Is there a way to specify port for this command?
[2011-09-02 09:27:35 CDT] {FATAL} [WFMRX_DBConnectionHelper] Failed to connect: The TCP/IP connection to the host C15088DBS3003SQL2K8ENT,49505, port 1433 has failed. Error: "null. Verify the connection properties, check that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port, and that no firewall is blocking TCP connections to the port.".

Hi Arif,

Suggestion from our technicals: pleasecheck the MR security settings under the configuration option on the WebFOCUS Administration console to verify which port is in use. If this does not help, please open a case with Customer Support Services for further assistance. You may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.

Cheers,

Kerry
