We are looking for a Webfocus Administrator on behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments. This position is based in Irving, TX. Fidelity Technology Group (FTG) provides technology solutions to the various business units within Fidelity Investments. The IBI Reporting Team has the responsibility for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and infrastructure support of Webfocus across multiple Business Units at Fidelity Investments. The work is mainly focused in the infrastructure, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support with emphasis on Webfocus, Business Intelligence, Business Objects, and FOCUS Programming.
As a Webfocus Administrator you will be responsible for:
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Webfocus Software, Websphere, and Business Intelligence / Business Objects. Patch and Vendor Management, as well as Vendor and Internal Escalation. Attending weekly meetings with Customers and Product / Project Managers to review requirements and specs. Supporting multiple requirements and builds, and working to specific deadlines for completion. Participation in 24x7 on-call 365 a year. Interaction with multiple FISC Support Groups, with limited deadlines to achieve success for the Projects. Working off-US Market Hours, as problems and changes dictate. The makeup of the IBI Team is 80% India and 20% US and the support of this product is world-wide.
QUALIFICATIONS: 5 Years of Webfocus and Business Intelligence / Business Objects experience Understanding of Strategy using 3DNS/BIGIP/SITESCOPE Organization Skills and Website experience Problem Management Process experience
