From the Home page, select Predict: WebFOCUS to view articles, questions, and trending articles.
Select Products from the top navigation bar, scroll, and then select the TIBCO WebFOCUS product page to view product overview, articles, and discussions.
Request access to the private WebFOCUS User Group (login required) to network with fellow members.

InfoResponse LIVE (IRL) is Information Builders new case tracking and management application, which features a personalized dashboard powered by WebFOCUS 8 Business Intelligence Portal and displays your case list as an active report for filtering and sorting. You can view your cases by status and by site code. InfoResponse LIVE also provides collaborative capabilities that extend our delivery of excellence in customer support services.

New Features
InfoResponse LIVE replaces the current case management application that is now available from the Technical Support Center. It includes these new features:
An intuitive, modern user interface
Responsive website technology for use on any device
A personalized user dashboard using WebFOCUS technology
The ability to update cases directly within the application
The ability to upload files in real time
Enhanced case status notification and collaboration
Single sign-on framework to facilitate navigation between Information Builders websites
Redesigned interface to support collaboration with customer support services staff
An extensible application, which will facilitate further feature development
