U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Application Developer with strong Webfocus, .NET and SQL development background based on Object-Orientated (OO) development patterns to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. In this role you will be a technical owner / product owner of our reporting platform, partnering closely with other developers, architects, reporting analysts and our lines of business associated with Global Corporate Trust focusing on collateralized loan obligations and other fixed income products




Primary Responsibilities:
• Participate in executing day-to day programming activities, including report development, maintenance, testing, deployment/rollout and bug fixing


• Develop and implement application systems in Agile team environment to manage work and ensure all acceptance tests pass and stories are Product Owner Accepted

• Create and deliver parameter driven reports, charts, and graphs through a web-based application


• Perform full implementation life-cycle of application and report design, development, implementation and rollout, and handling post-production support

• Create and execute performance tests to ensure completeness and quality of reports

• Utilize skills in web development life cycle, database knowledge, and writing SQL queries





Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• At least seven years of experience with developing and implementing applications

Required Experience:
• SQL and .NET development background based on Object-Orientated (OO) development patterns

Preferred Skills/Experience:
• 5+ years' experience in Report Development
• 5+ years of .Net development- SQL Server, Web Solutions
• Familiar with WebFOCUS report development and GUI
• Familiar with other reporting platforms like SSRS, Telerik
• Experience with MS-SQL including development of stored procedures, functions, and objects
