We are recruiting for a Churn Analyst for Rogers Wireless. This role is in Toronto, Ontario Canada.
The Churn Analyst position focuses on the measurement and analysis of key churn metrics of the subscriber base. This includes defining and implementing necessary data query techniques and data access tools for performance reporting, analyzing and summarizing data, providing insights and recommendations on retention offers and tactics to improve churn within the existing customer base.
The successful candidate has a strong background in analysis focusing on churn and is very proficient in pulling data, building queries, manipulating data and developing reports. Must be a strong communicator and comfortable working in a flexible, unstructured, fast paced environment.
