Plex Systems is a mid-sized, progressive, and technically-minded company that has created the first
SaaS ERP/MES system, Plex Online. We are looking for a highly-motivated and passionate individual who will be a subject matter expert on our Business Intelligence solution for Plex Online. The Project Manager will work with our customers to gather requirements, train end users, and implement Plex Systems Business Intelligence tool. This is a full-time position in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver WebFocus training to end-users
• Act as a WebFocus subject matter expert to our customers and internal departments
• Gather and analyze functional requirements from end-users
• Help maintain integration points between Plex Online and WebFocus
Requirements:
• Demonstrated expertise in working with WebFocus and InfoAssist
• Experience merging data from multiple sources using joins with InfoAssist
• Experience compiling multiple reports and charts in a composite document
• Technical degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with executive management
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to solve business problems
Nice To Have:
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations
• Experience with cloud computing
• Plex Online experience a strong plus
