Beacon Hill Staffing is seeking a skilled Sr. WebFocus Engineer to add to the team of an enterprise client. This WebFocus Engineer will participate in design, development and implementation of WebFocus and other open source analytical applications.

The will work on modernizing older applications, legacy system conversions, cloud computing, tool evaluation and prototyping. They will be actively involved in discussions on solution approaches across various applications.

This WebFocus Engineer will have experience with WebFocus, and have a strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular, Java and Linux. They should have exposure to working with open source libraries for charting and grids and have a good understanding on continuous integration and deployment processes and will contribute to the overall success of BI projects across the project life cycle.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience with WebFOCUS v.7x AND v.8x
4+ years of experience with UI development
8+ years total work experience
3+ experience with SQL, PL/SQL
Experience integrating with web services and stored procedures
Well versed in database technologies
B.S. in a computer-related field is preferred

Contract details:
Location: Durham, NC
Duration: 6+ months with extensions
