Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills: * Qualified senior BI professional with great amount of technical skills and a passion for resolving complex problems
* Experienced in heading/architecting large scale - BI projects - Full Life-cycle
* Proficient in Webfocus - dashboards development and transaction enabled dashboards development
* Proficient in performance tuning reports and schema objects for optimal performance
* Good Analytical Ability
*Must be able to handle team and motivate them to common goal
* Progressive work experience in Architecture, Design, Deployment
* Exposure in Datawarehouse Concepts, Modelling Concepts and Database Performance
* Good communication and presentation skills
Roles and responsibility:
* Solutioning / designing architecture for the BI Projects
* Excellent coordination skills
* Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects
* Good written and **** communication
* Good presentation skills
* Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills: * Exposure to Microstrategy/ Tableau/Qlikview
* Experience of Migration projects preferred.
*Exposure to multiple, diverse BI tools and configuration Excellent planning and organizational skills, Understands the business, business drivers, and business strategy, Understands system analysis and synthesis, modeling, conceptualization, Proactive – Identifies problem areas and opportunities and makes recommendations, Exceptional interpersonal skills, team player and team builder, Strong facilitation and negotiation skills , Persuades & communicates effectively.
