Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst (WebFOCUS)
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical leadership
• Mentoring team for IBI customer engagements
• Gathering business and functional requirements for Business Intelligence (BI) applications using the IBI platform (WebFOCUS & iWay)
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation supporting IBI applications
• Hands on design, development, testing, and implementation of IBI solutions for both new and existing applications
• Researching and evaluating technical solutions to recommend best course for given requirements
• Collaborate closely with technical, business, and quality assurance teams
• Working closely with project management to define timelines, project plans, and mitigate risk
• Helping to build the B&D DDA IBI practice area
• Proactively working with sales to identify, qualify, and close IBI customer engagements
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying additional opportunities
• Contributing to development of methodologies and best practices

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience developing data management and information delivery applications using one or more platforms (e.g. WebFOCUS/iWay, Cognos, BusinessObjects)
• Strong experience with relational databases, including an ability to interpret SQL
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Foundational understanding of SDLC using SQL, procedural languages, and object oriented languages
• Demonstrated ability to estimate work efforts, lead projects, and mentor other consultants
• Ability to foster relationships with business and technical members of project teams
• Quick study with ability to rapidly learn new concepts and business systems
• Analytical and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
