Way Developer Requirements:
 
- Min 8 years of IT experience
- Min 4 years of experience with iWay (Design, Development)
- Nice to Have:
o Experience with other EAI tools such as MQ Series, Tibco etc.
o Salesforce.com experience using iWay adaptors
o Experience in coordination with offshore team
- Experience developing custom adaptors using iWay
- Experience in maintaining and tuning iWay environment
- Good customer communication and writing skills
- Java Development Skills

The Customer is looking for us to assist in its Customer Sales and Services CRM Project. Currently, the following four systems are not fully integrated to drive business process consistency, control, and cost effectiveness: 2 core applications, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Salesforce.com. The goal of the project is to build a single reference point/application for sales and service representatives that increases efficiency and productivity. Essentially, we will build an application that provides a portal so that they can access all four systems from one place. Integration of the four systems will be performed by iWay middleware. This resource will lead that effort and work with the rest of our team. This person will be onsite at the customer site, along with a Business/Data Analyst.
