Provide guidance to enterprise clients and make better business decisions via timely, accurate and scalable business information solutions in the form of web-based and printed reports.

Implement business intelligence delivery channels according to customer needs
Build Dashboards, Balanced Scorecards, KPI and other BI Reporting using WebFocus
Ensure the development of best practices and standards for BI product development
Work closely with the Database team to improve and leverage the design of the EDW
Implement proactive measures to ensure verifiably accurate information is delivered to business users on time
Serve as a point-of-contact for questions regarding the quality of the business information provided by the team
Follow up with the appropriate teams/individuals to resolve problems identified during investigations
Communication with end users to gather requirements and approach
Implement internal processes, create process solutions, and make recommendations to management
Ensure that issues are captured and resolution is coordinated with business and technical development staff
Review and validate business case prepared to ensure that development efforts are expended on items which will bring the most valuable benefits

Qualifications

University degree or a combination of a certificate in computer science with relevant experience
3-5 years experience in Business Analytics
Understands the concepts of data aggregations, data standardization and security architecture
Strong understanding of relational/dimensional data modeling concepts and database design
Strong analytical skills, able to handle and manage large amounts of data to synthesize into decision variables
Experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of Business Analytics solutions
High attention to detail, demonstrated ability to produce high quality work
Excellent interpersonal skills with particular focus on relationship management
Experience with WebFocus, Teradata
SQL is an asset
Experience developing mobile on IOS and QNX and asset
