5280 Sr. WebFOCUS Programmer

Time to get to work! We’re seeking an experienced Sr. WebFOCUS Programmer for a client in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of TX. This is a four-month contract-to-hire opportunity for the right person. If you have the Sr. WebFOCUS Programmer expertise that we need, submit your resume now!

The Sr. WebFOCUS Programmer (backfill) will be responsible for the following areas: You will be responsible for teaming up with a current employee to learn the programs that he has implemented. You will be responsible for documenting, coding, categorizing reports, working with internal customers and stakeholders. This WebFOCUS programmer will be responsible for tearing down existing programs and rewriting the code. Ninety percent of your day will be coding.

Requirements:
•Minimum 10 years experience as a programmer
•Minimum 8 years experience with WebFOCUS, HTML, Unix, Shell Scripting, TCL, CGI and SAS
•Minimum 8 years hands on experience with coding and documenting
•Strong experience (minimum 5 years) tearing down programs and rewriting codes
•Business Objects experience is a plus
•Business Intelligence experience is a plus
•Project Management skills is a plus
•Minimum 5 years experience developing in the code as opposed to the GUI
•Knowledge of WebFOCUS 7.6.11 and WebFOCUS 7.7.03
•Knowledge of ad-hoc reports
•Knowledge of Dialogue Manager



Optional Skills:
• Business Objects experience is a plus
• Business Intelligence experience is a plus
• Project Management skills is a plus
