Does anyone know why I am not able to see any i-series logical files (indexes)that are based over sql tables in the drop down list that displays the available tables and views when creating a synonym?
I see logical files based over physical files, but not indexes based over sql tables. Is there a jbdc setting that should be used to expose these objects? Or is there a setting within Data Management Console that needs to be set to allow for the display of these object types.
I consulted with our iWay people and was told that it may be better that we talk with you on this one. So, please contact Information Builders' Customer Support Services and open a case for assistance. The phone number is 1-800-736-6130, or you may access online at InfoResponse.
Cheers,
Kerry
