(Posted on the Focus/WebFocus forum as well.) We are getting ready to upgrade our environment when 7.6.2 becomes available. This is my first upgrade so any tips or suggestions are welcome. Can you upgrade from 7.1.3 to 7.6.2, or do you have install 7.6.0 first? Do you have to unistall 7.1.3? Will my configuration be maintained? Thanks for any assistance :-)

Suggestion:make a backup and store it away (this is a given). You can go directly ftom 7.1.x to 7.6.2 ( no need to go to 7.6.0 first). There are other considerations too (like cgivars.wfs etc. There is a document that refers to update considerations - check with Ibi on that one.
