We are trying to migrate from the existing solution of using thrid party switch to connect external systems like (Apollo,Galileo). As part of this process we are trying to build a new switch with web services implementing all new Galileo web services, Hertz and ATI web services. We would like to know the feasibility of IWay products or are there any risks involved in using IWay products for this solution.
Please clarify us on the below queries also 1 What kind of support IWay products gives me to configure the webservices to listen to client systems and has to call other Webservices which connects to External systems like Apollo ,Galileo to complete the request. 2 Can we configure any business rules in IWay products.
For migration and configuration issues, the best and correct channel for assistance would be to open a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services. Please either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.
Cheers,
Kerry
