the 'Persistent' has set to 'file{true}'in Internal queue listener. After re-start the channel and run a transaction,I find that the safestore folder has been created by iWay, but I can't find any file in this folder.

has the channel processed the transaction or yet to receive the transaction. Try posting a decent load of transactions(>10) to the queue. You should be able to view the files then.
