hello, i am trying to do the flow which if fails to load the data into target due to any type of error then those data should store in any file.So the responsibl person can view the data which has failed to load. For that how can i implement flow?

Look at the record logging tab on the load object. You have options in there to capture rejects. This only works for RDBMS targets.
