Just for a reference, we use Monarch for our third party PDF utility to extract text out, which then gives the option to place the data into an excel or csv format. From there you could use that output as your target master file.

Hi srajeevan! Yes, you can use a combination of different software's to do what you want. You can use PowerShell or Automate (non WebFOCUS products, but your IT department should be familiar with this process) to schedule a job to extract the PDF from the email and save it to a network location, and then use Monarch to extract the data from the PDF file itself and export it to excel or csv. The really neat thing about monarch is that if those PDF files are always in the same format, then you can create a template in monarch and it will extract the same layout every time. Makes like a lot easier than trying to import a text file into Excel and manually inputting those separator lines to try and make a workable spreadsheet for import.
