Does anybody know how to avoid duplications when sending idoc TO sap?
I encountered a scenerio when an idoc was sent to iway sap adapter via our application but never got response from iway sap adapter then our application sent the same idoc to iway adapter again. it's interesting on the sap side it ended up with two transactions. Actually there should be only one.
Is there anybody here having encountered the same prolbem. I appreciate if anybody show me light on it?
Thanks, Dennis

If not, the recommendation would be to contact Information Builders' Customer Support Services and open a case for assistance. You may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse at any time.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
