I found a case on techsupport that had the following resolution that may help based on the long running job...
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Customer flows are being canceled by DM.
The following codes are sent to console:
(FOC026) THE REPORT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
(ICM18174) Agent has been forced to terminate
SOLUTION:
After gathering savediag, we found within logs the following messages:
(EDA40008) Agent exceeded connection time limit (tscomid=8)
Due to previous performance problems, customer set connection_limit to a value other than -1.
In order to allow flows to finish successfully, they increased this value so agents had more connection time to work.
After this, flows were no longer canceled.
