1) When I go into add my first comment to a measure, it doesn't show after I hit Save. >I’ll bet you’re seeing the old version from the cache. In IE's Internet Settings dialog, for temporary internet files, make sure you have it set to automatically check for newer versions of stored pages on every visit.
2) Once a comment has been entered, is there a way to delete it? >The enterer can delete a comment during the brief editing window as set by the Admin.
3) Is there a report or gadget that shows all feedback for all measures? >Feedback can be listed via the Feedback reports on the Analytics tab.
Hope these tips help.

There are existing reports that show feedback - for example the Metrics Breakout, and the Executive Briefing Book. But these don't *focus* on Feedback in a comprehensive feedback-centric way.
For example, you can't yet do a report that says "show me all Feedback across measures on this dimensional intersection," or "show me all the feedback Jane Doe entered in Q3." Those types are planned but they'd be new features. This data is reportable but there are no dedicated reports that focus on it yet.
What kind of feedback reporting are you specifically looking for... give us some guidelines so we make something you'll like!
