Looks like I am thinking too much but in future versions is it possible to have previous versions of strategy map to compare what has changed,say, previous 3 days how strategy has changed?

If we understand you right, you're asking if PMF stores each version of the Strategy Map as users change it. The answer is no, PMF only stores the latest version of any particular Strategy Map. There aren't currently plans to store things a different way.
