jsp_lbfUser Entered Measure Decimal Display Error
I have set up a user entered measure using aggregation method of percentage. I am trying to compute a simple cost per unit. On the screen for measure entry I have input the following:
Total cost = 435,171
Total units = 318
On the column titled "Actual" on this screen the system is computing the cost per unit as 1368.46 which is correct.
However, when I view the metric on the Today page I see 136,846.23. My display format is D12.2
Any suggestions greatly appreciated. I have many user entered measures in my system with this aggregation method and they work properly. I even took the steps to totally delete the measure, set it up again, and rekey all of my data. Same result.
If I'm missing something I just don't see it.
Thanks again.

Bob Jude FerranteI do believe there is a bug that only happens in User Entered Measures when you choose non-linear aggregation in thte 5.1.1 release, which was fixed as of 5.1.3.
Also, and this is just a "why" question... why select percentage aggregation and not ratio aggregation? If you want 435,171 / 318 that's just a straight ratio; percentage aggregation becomes (435,171 / 318) * 100.
Lastly, thought you folks were on PMF 5.2 already? No? If not, you should. It's getting raves, so if you're considering an upgrade, take that release. Latest will be 5.2.2, which is coming out in a few moments.
thanks

jsp_lbfThank you Bob, I will try ratio aggregation. I have never used that feature.
