Error when logging on to Dashboard. [solved]
Hi,

I am getting the following error when logging on to the Strategic Dashboard 03, specifically the graph.

Error S01_A in pmf_analysis_parms - Error S01_A in pmf_pm_meas_src, FOCERRNUM: 0 LINES: 0

This error only occurs for a consumer. The pmfadmin id will not receive the error.

I have no data level security. Any ideas what this could mean?

I have verified, RC, Adapter and RDBMS(MSSQL) all up.

It's probably not access security filtering that is causing this.

The graph is telling you no records were returned for the preferences, but I guess the error message is not very clear. Remember each user/scorecard/dashboard can have separate preferences for each gadget. If you click the preferences button on the gadget and change the preferences, you'll be able to select what info to show that does have rows.

thanks

The message went away when I changed the preferences on the filters. I think their should be a different error message. This post is closed.
