When is the dashboard view folder (eg pmf_adm_gbv) assigned to a MR user? When the user is created in PMF in Manage Tab-Owners-New-Save?

Is it updated to another view folder when the role is updated on the same Owner screen?

The views are Group Views (the _gbv indicates it is a Group View, no?)

The Group the MR user is assigned to determines the Group used for the View.

If a user is in multiple Groups then you are given a prompt on BID log in what Group View to show.

If the user is an MR admin they are automatically in all groups so then you have to pick the Group View in that prompt as well.

thank you Bob. Our problem is that when we are creating a user in MR and PMF, there is no assigned View to the user. The users's View remains the default Public View. When the user logs in to MR he/she gets the default IB dasboard view, not PMF. So we have to manually assign the appropriate PMV Group View to the user.
I know that in the post we didnlt have to do this. It was automatic. There were some changes to the environemnt and I wonder if something got broken.
