Flex gadgets not displaying
Hi,

We've set up PMF group views with multiple tabs, each displaying a PMF dashboard. We've removed the 'Unlock' option from Today page, so the users can't change their Today page. This way we can create group views with PMF content, but control what they can see. All this works like a charm, no worries there.

The customer is having the following problem, though. There are Flex gadgets in the individual tabs and as you go from one tab to another, the pages load ok. When you go back to a tab already loaded, all the other content is there, but the Flex gadgets are empty. What could cause this? And, I can't make this happen, if I go from tab to tab, Flex content is there. Customer is using IE7 and so am I.

Thanks,
Mika

This looks like it belongs to CSS.

Please contact them and open a case.

One note. I believe this was happening to one person with an old version of the Skype plug-in. If they have that, tell them to upgrade it.

If not, don't forget about that case.

thanks

Mika,
Have you applied the latest 5.2.2 Hotfix? The fix is included in Hotfix 3, which will be released shortly. Have you opened a case for this issue? Once you open a case, you can request the fix, and we can ship it to you via the case.

Also, what version of Flash do you and the customer have?

Thank you,
