There's an even easier way to get WebFOCUS content (reports, charts) onto the dashboard in PMF.
In the Dashboard Editor, there's a WebFOCUS folder. You can navigate to the folders in the WebFOCUS repository where the content is, and drag it right onto the dashboard.
Note that since you're running WebFOCUS 8.1, this requires you to enable the Web Services capability on the WebFOCUS client. Check to make sure that's set up, and you're good to go.
Hope this helps.

I'll take any questions about PMF - business or technical - anytime!
WebFOCUS reports and charts will have the drills they normally would have, as defined in the tools from which they were created. For most customers, this is exactly what they want.
I'm pretty sure it is possible to use PMF's Universal Drill in your own custom reports.
This would require someone to code the Universal Drill into the reports using some INCLUDEs and some stylesheets.
All content that ships with PMF already has this code in place (that's what makes Universal Drill... well... Universal).
If I have it correct that this is what you intend, since this is the first time a customer has asked, we'd want to collaborate with you on how to make this work. It might require some feature work as well. But if it's what you want, we will figure it out.
Let us know if this is what you want, and we can get started.
We'd post our info here to the Forum for starters.

I think we might be talking different things now. I was thinking that you said we could add a report to this screen that would show more detail if desired. Just not sure on how to do this if it can be done.

K, so if you are talking about ability to drill off something (like a measure name or value, or objective name or value) you can use Content to define the item you'll drill to, then go to the object by name, say the measure panel, go to the content tab, and add that Content item to that object's menu.
You can set up custom content menus for Perspectives, Objectives, Themes, Measures, and Projects.
In all cases, if you want the change to apply just to the item (Say a particular measure) just click Save. If you want it to apply to all objects of that type - as in all measures, click Save As Default.
Documentation: PMF doc, page 195 has pretty thorough doc on this.
Hope this helps and nails your question.
best
