When working in the Edit Measure Loader screen, occasionally when I click the Save button I get a screen that appears with the error message as follows:

Error in PMF program
A problem occurred: No Records Returned
Error Details: Unknown Error During Processing

Any help appreciated as to the proper steps to take. What might be the causes, and how can I get more information to remedy the problem?

This error message means communications between the browser and WebFOCUS was disrupted. It could mean there is a bug. Can you contact CSS please and give them full repro steps? We'll work with them to support you.
