Hi,

Can we modify the list of objectives in order to make them more custom to our own corporate parlance?

Also, can the list be categorized by perspective when viewing?

Thanks,Rick

The objectives and measure templates used in the wizard are in en_std_metrics.csv in the pmflang folder. en is of course English, as the list is translated for other languages.

You can modify the file in Excel.

If you add new objectives/measures/measure formulae, give them to use and we'll source them. They are all linked together - you'll notice they all appear on the same record.

The groupings don't represent perspectives; they represent groupings of types of goals from which you can choose. Choosing an objective from one of these groups does not link it to a perspective. you do that on the strategy map.
