Of course you can do this.
1.
All in the scorecards dropdown
only appears if the Owner is set up with the
Administrator Functional Role. That is automatic. End users will not / should not be admins, so the ones who are seeing this aren’t set up with the right functional role; check their functional role and correct it.
2. There’s no setting to hide the preferences button. You can hide it by editing the pmf_ribbon.htm file in the mainstreet folder to make the button have a style=“visibility:hidden;” All end users will then lose their capability to set preferences, and that means the administrator will have to do it for them.
In the next release, we are separating the button that changes the dashboard from the user preferences button. In a future release, we will give the ability to permanently "lock" the dashboard.
