I need to add an up and down arrow into the Description field, showing the desired direction, does PMF support Ascii code? Google says 38(up arrow) and 40(down arrow), but when I try this it doesn't work, is there any other special characters that should be used to indicate Ascii?

PMF does support Ascii code, but I don't see the up arrow being 38. Looking online this appears to be ↑ for the up arrow and ↓ for the down arrow. I'm not sure exactly where you are trying to accomplish, but you could also use images to display this as well.
