I have a measure. Its called RE-Admits. It is a count. So if a patient was re-admitted within a specific time range its set to 1 else 0;

I summarize the ones and zeroes for time succesfully and for each dimension.

My target is 0. Yes 0. My customer has told me she wants it to appear 0 for green, 1-15 for yellow, and anything above that is red. I am having difficulty displaying yellow on screen,


My measure is aggregated as Additive. The threshold flex type is at Percent. Is their something wrong with the way I set it up?
