[resolved]Preview Button on Measure - when volumes high browser slowdown.
Hi,

Scenario data volumes are high and the preview button is clicked on the measure loader screen , the browser freezes . Can we have a preview where statistics , Match , Unmatched , not in new are shown at a summary level. If the PMF administrator wants see the detail transactions then they could drill down to a pdf report opening in a window and that way the browser does not freeze up?

Thanx in advance, Merci en avance.
John

For Previewing your loadable data, there is a text box on the Measure loader that says Record Limit.

You can type in a numeric limit of the number of lines to be returned to the browser, thus preventing overwhelming poor Internet Explorer. A good limit would be 500. Not more than 1000. Then you can have a gander at the quality of what's coming in and make any fixes to the load instructions as needed. You can sort the Preview, as you probably know, to return just the mis-matches, and analyze and correct for those.

The Load button, of course, doesn't return lines to the browser, so you won't run into browser performance issues.

Thanks, this is all somewhat helpful. However it would be a really nice to have in future versions the ability to export the detail results to excel or pdf file.
