It means you're running out of ECHO buffer space on the WebFOCUS client.
The WebFOCUS client absorbs by default about 30K of server messages before it runs out of buffer space. You probably have Tracing in PMF Settings set to ALL which dumps every line of pre-parser and runtime server messages into the HTML and the client is running out of buffer space - that's what this message is telling you.
Buffer space can be increased in the WebFOCUS Administration Console (available from the Welcome page). You can increase the buffer size. Alternately, if you don't need PMF tracing to be set to ALL, just go to Manage tab and in Settings, set PMF Tracing to ON or to OFF to reduce the number of messages being sent down and that will also reduce the number of messages.
Tracing would most typically be set to OFF in a production environment because it means everything runs faster... you'd only have tracing on if you were trying to resolve a problem with a new report you were building for PMF, or if you were trying to help us run down some mysterious error in a View, Gadget or chart.
hope this helps!
