When I enter a comment using the feedback feature, I can delete it on the same screen that I created it with. However, it seems that I can't delete it after that point. Is this true, and if so, what is the workaround for this?
Cheers,

Feedback is designed to be part of the permanent record. There is a brief period of days during which it can be deleted, but this is only assuming the person entering it wants to retract it as it's in error.

That works going forward, but we have a few test comments in our prod system, and they need to go. How do you feel about me deleting from the datamart's FEEDBACK table directly?

It's dangerous. The test comments will go out of scope anyway, so maybe you just want to leave them there?
