PMF uses WebFOCUS BID portlet technology to publish content to portals like Sharepoint, and surfaces its tabs via MRE Standard Reports in the "Performance Management Framework" domain in CUS/MRE.
To publish the content of any PMF tab to Sharepoint, you would use the BID Launch portlet. When configuring the content, you'd select the Launch portlet, then point that portlet to the Performance Management Framework domain in MRE and select the content.
Most typically you will want to do this for the consumer tabs. The other tabs (Author, Strategy and Administration) are more typically launched via the BID portal itself; although you *can* launch them also from Sharepoint, you probably would rather manage them in BID itself. But it's up to you.
Here are the mappings to the consumer tabs:

Today tab "Today Page Bounce Report" (name the block "Today")
Analytics tab "Analysis Reports" (name the block "Analytics")

I'll take any questions about PMF - business or technical - anytime!
Updating the info here since starting with 5.2, the MR objects to represent the content for the tabs are named a bit more clearly to make it easier to find what you're looking for when you integrate with a portal such as Sharepoint, WebSphere, etc.
