When loading a measure , when the option of "Full Refresh " selected. Does that do a truncate of the table or a drop re-create or a delete ?

Technically it does a selective deletion of all measures of a particular series and deletes it. It's not technically a truncate, but that's closer to the truth than a drop and recreate would be.

That's because for efficiency, all measure values are stored in a single table in the PMF data mart.
