Using release 5.3.2 HF4. I set up a functional role for some users based on the default "analyst" role. I then changed a few of the drop down choices and I'm afraid I've made an incorrect assumption that's caused an access problem.
For the users that have been assigned this functional role, whenever they click on a gadget and access preferences to change parameters, they can click preview, close, or revert, but if they try to click save PMF ignores the request.
Which functional role setting and category is controlling that, and how can it be corrected? I want them to be able to change and save preferences.
For the category Gadgets & Dashboard Designs, give them at least Editor access if they're dashboard consumers. Anything higher, such as Admin else Editor or Admin will grant that ability.
