Is there anyway we can show our avatar on normal posts instead of just Private Messages? I think this would be helpful especially when Summit comes around so people will be able to recognize us.
Any thoughts for or against?
Thanks!
Mickey

You are right - the current setting only displays avatar on private message, but not on public posts, because most people do not have their avatars set and that will show as broken image.
Please let me know what you think.

From my research, it seems not possible to set a default avatar for those who do not choose one. To be confirmed, I will check with Groupee (the message board software company) regarding this one. Will keep all posted.
Cheers,

Hey kerry. I'm revisiting this thread. I think this should definitely be a new feature request for Groupee to add to the product. It seems that every other piece of forum software gracefully handles the absense of avatars by putting a generic image up. It is weird that Groupee does not do this with their software.
Thanks!
