My requirement is to Add 2 new fields to input file and that input data is stored in focus table.

Pls let me know what are the necessary changes needs to done in focus table?

Input file - Is that the parameter screen that you mean ? Could you please be elaborate on this ?

1. Copy OLD Master to New Master
2. Add the 2 new columns to the New Master
3. REBUILD
4. REORG
5. DUMP
6. OLD DATABASE NAME
7. NO
8. REBUILD
9. REORG
10. LOAD
11. NEW DATABASE NAME

Just like the manual states under Section 11 when you need to REORG your database...

Tom, great answer. I would answer one other note. Place the new fields at the end of the particular segment they are to be added in.
